Watch the lesson videos, then pass the exam (usually 70%) within the round you are assigned to. The goal is to pass 10 lessons each half year and 15 a year. It works on phones and computers.
Getting started
Staff listed in Drug1 can sign up by themselves right away. People who are not in Drug1 (franchise staff, trainers) get an account from an admin.
Sign up (first time)
- Open the sign-in page and press Register
- Enter your employee code (e.g. H150023); either your payroll code or your Drug1 code works. Ask your branch head or HR if you do not know it
- Enter your first name in Thai, without surname or nickname
- Choose a username: 3–20 English letters or digits, no spaces
- Choose a password of at least 6 characters and type it again
- Press Register, then sign in with that username and password
If sign-up fails, the code and name usually do not match Drug1, or Drug1 lists you as having left. Tell an admin.
Forgot your password Ask an admin to reset it. You get a temporary password; when you sign in with it, you set your own new password straight away.
Account made by an admin Sign in with the username and temporary password you were given, then set a new password when asked. Some accounts have an expiry date and cannot sign in after it.
After 5 wrong passwords in 15 minutes, wait 15 minutes before trying again.
My lessons
The first page after signing in tells you which lessons to do first and how close you are to your goal. Read it from top to bottom.
- Summary card the ring shows lessons passed this half year against the goal of 10 (the year total is on the Progress page)
- My paths (if any) sets of lessons an admin prepared for you, such as for new staff, with how many you have passed and the next lesson. Tap a card to see every lesson in order. Lessons marked "Not open to you yet" open when an admin opens a round
- To do lessons in your rounds that you have not passed yet, soonest deadline first. Do these first
- In progress / Not started / Passed tabs the other lessons you can see. Search by lesson name in the search box
You see lessons open to everyone for self-study and lessons whose round includes you. Lessons you do not see are open only to people in other rounds.
Status labels
The label under a lesson name tells you what to do next. Red is used only for "Overdue".
| Label | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Not started | You have not watched the video yet | Open the lesson and start watching |
| Watched x% | Less than 90% watched | Keep watching |
| Ready | Watched, and the exam is open | Press Take exam |
| Not yet open | Watched, but the round's exam time has not started | Come back at the time shown on the lesson page |
| Watched · Awaiting round | Watched, but there is no round for you yet | Wait for an admin to open a round |
| Watched | The lesson has no questions | Nothing more to do |
| Practice available | Watched; you can take the practice quiz | As many times as you like; it does not count |
| Passed x/10 | You passed | You can rewatch the video any time |
| Failed x/10 · can retake | Not passed, but you have attempts left in the round | Review the video and try again |
| Failed x/10 | No attempts left | Press Request a retest on the lesson page |
| Retest available | An admin opened a retest for you | Press Start retest |
| Awaiting results | Submitted; this round shows scores after the exam closes | Check back on the date shown |
| Due by / Overdue | The round's deadline | After it you can still take the exam, but it is recorded as late |
Watching the video
Watch at least 90% of the video before the exam or practice quiz button appears.
- Only the parts actually played count; skipping does not, and replaying the same part does not add more
- You can stop part-way. The position is saved, and next time there is a Resume from mm:ss button
- Once watched, the next-step box (right side on a computer, bottom bar on a phone) turns into the exam button by itself, without refreshing
- The About this lesson card shows the video length, number of questions, pass mark and related rounds
- At the bottom of the page you will find the next lesson to study and related products or guides from the knowledge base
Graded exams
You can take graded exams only for lessons in your rounds (the To do list). Passes count toward the half-year and year goals.
| Topic | Rule |
|---|---|
| Questions | As set for each lesson (usually 10 at random); see "About this lesson" |
| Pass mark | As set for the lesson, usually 70% (7 of 10) |
| Attempts | As set for the round (usually 1); see "Can take" on the lesson page |
| Exam window | Some rounds set opening and closing times; outside them you cannot start |
| Time limit | Some rounds limit the time, with a countdown at the top; when time runs out your chosen answers are submitted |
| Connection lost / app closed | Each answer is saved as you pick it. Open the lesson again and press Resume exam; the clock keeps running |
| Late | After the deadline you can still take the exam until an admin closes the round, but the result is marked "Late" |
Steps
- Watch at least 90% of the video, then press Take exam
- Answer one question at a time. On a phone press Next / Previous, or tap a question number at the top to jump to it
- The review screen shows unanswered questions. Answer them all, then press Submit exam
- You see your score right away, unless the round shows scores after the exam closes ("Awaiting results" with the date)
Question types A question marked "Multiple answers" has check boxes: you must tick every correct choice and none of the wrong ones to score. Some questions are true/false, and some have pictures such as a product or a drug label.
Case studies Some questions come with a scenario box, such as a customer arriving with symptoms, followed by 2–4 questions about it. Read it fully before answering; on the following questions tap the "Case study" box to read it again.
If you fail With attempts left, the button reads Retake. With none left, press Request a retest on the lesson page and add a reason if you like; an admin will decide. Once opened, the label changes to Retest available. Retests are only possible while the round is open.
See answers Some lessons let you see the answers to your own exam after the round closes. If so, a See answers link appears under the result on the Progress page.
Practice quizzes
Practice quizzes do not count, can be taken any number of times, and show every answer after you submit. Use them to prepare or to refresh your knowledge.
- Available once you have watched 90%; the button is Take practice (or Practice after passing)
- Closed while a graded round of that lesson is running (so answers do not leak), and open again after it closes
- Review results do not count toward goals and do not replace the exam in a round
Progress, badges and knowledge base
The Progress menu shows your account, the half-year and year goals, and every lesson you have studied (% watched, latest result with its round, review results, last visit). Goals count lessons first passed in that period: the first half is Jan–Jun, the second Jul–Dec.
Badges The Badges menu is an album of 20 badges earned by studying and passing (past results included), such as passing 5/10/25/50 lessons, a full score, passing within 48 hours of a round opening, or being first in your branch. Each badge shows what % of staff have it. Some are secret.
Branch ranking Badges → Branch ranking shows where your branch and zone stand (average lessons passed per person; there is no ranking of individuals).
Knowledge base Articles, announcements, product cards and symptom guides, all searchable. Announcements that need "Acknowledge" stay on the lessons page until you press it.
Rate a lesson After watching or taking the exam, give 1–5 stars and a comment on the lesson page to help the team improve it.

- Theme light by default; tap to switch to dark or follow the device. It is remembered on this device
- English / ภาษาไทย switch the language (also on the sign-in page). Lesson names and questions are shown as the admins wrote them
On a phone the main menu is the bar at the bottom of the screen; it is hidden during an exam.
